This practice uses a private, personal automation system to support its administrative operations. This system operates under the practice owner's sole Google account and has been authorized to access the following Google services for internal use only:

- Gmail (read, modify, send): Used to receive and send administrative emails related to scheduling, operations, and practice management. No patient correspondence is processed through this system.

- Google Calendar: Used to review scheduling availability for operational planning purposes. Only free/busy information is used — patient names and clinical details are never accessed.

This system does not collect, store, share, or transmit any website visitor or patient information. It is a private tool used exclusively by the practice operator for internal administrative tasks. No user data submitted through this website is connected to or processed by this system.
